Tori Weicht

Administrative Assistant

With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, Tori Weicht brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as Secretary at IMPART Alliance. She graduated as a Medical Assistant in 2014 and spent several years working in urgent care before transitioning to Michigan State University.

Weicht was drawn to IMPART Alliance because of its mission to support and educate Direct Care Workers (DCWs). Having worked firsthand in direct care, she understands the physical and emotional demands of the job. When she learned about IMPART’s commitment to strengthening the DCW workforce, she knew it was the perfect opportunity to continue making an impact, this time from an educational and administrative perspective.

In her role, Weicht works closely with Chris Zehr to register and enroll new students in IMPART’s training programs. She serves as a key point of contact for students, ensuring a smooth and supportive learning experience. Additionally, she helps prepare the team for live training events, contributing to the success of programs designed to elevate the quality of care in Michigan.

One of Weicht’s proudest achievements at IMPART has been implementing a new inventory tracking system for the organization’s multiple training sites. With a more efficient way to manage medical supplies, the team can focus on what matters most, educating and supporting DCWs.

For Weicht, the most rewarding aspect of her role is the relationships she builds with both colleagues and students. She takes pride in being part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of care workers, who in turn, improve the lives of their patients.

Weicht’s passion for healthcare, combined with her administrative expertise, makes her an invaluable member of the IMPART Alliance team.
