Chain of Infection

This session will cover the basics of the prevention and transmission of infectious diseases. Includes classes 108 (Introduction to Infection Control), 201 (Food Safety), and 402 (Infection Control Il).

Students participate in a 1-hour demonstration including handwashing and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
