Mobile Training Unit Driver

IMPART Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented individual to drive, operate, and oversee maintenance of a 45-foot-long mobile training unit. This individual may also assist with training DCWs in the field.
This role requires general mechanical knowledge, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate maintenance records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Class B CDL
- Recent experience driving a Class B or Class A vehicle.
- Ability to troubleshoot minor problems that would normally occur when operating a mobile unit with slide-outs and a generator.
- Able to safely lift 50 lbs.
Desired qualifications
- Experience in direct care work. If no prior experience, will be expected to complete training with IMPART Alliance within 3 months of hire.
- Experience training adult learners.
